About Us
On-Word Bound Books LLC is a small, independent publishing & media company committed to producing quality products for niche markets. On-Word Bound Books works closely with their authors in order to produce the highest quality product possible.
Co-owners, Sara Duke and David Devere founded On-Word Bound Books in 2003. They worked with Karen McTavish to produce quilting books from 2004-2014. And have been working with Deborah Adele on yoga books since 2009. Adele's 1st book, The Yamas & Niyamas ~ Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice, is still OWBB's best selling title at over 250,000 copies sold.
Keeping a work-life balance is important to Sara & David so they continue to pursue other interests as well.
Sara is an ERYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and has a passion for Restorative Yoga and Deep Relaxation. See her website, YouTube Channel, or facebook page for more information.
David enjoys history, culture, food and wine. These interests led him to earn a
Certified Specialist of Wine accreditation
through the Society of Wine Educators in 2012.
He has produced a series of wine education videos to help the novice understand what wine to buy, what to pair it with, and how to enjoy it.
